What to Prepare Before You Apply
- Updated CV, with a detailed project history (operator, rig, position, period)
- Valid professional certifications (e.g., IWCF or IADC WellSharp, BOSIET/HUET for offshore, H2S, First Aid, Rigger/Banksman, ISCIR authorizations or local equivalent, as applicable)
- Valid medical certificate (occupational health / offshore medical, where applicable)
- A language proficiency certificate or a self-assessment of your technical English level

Direct Answers, No Vague Wording
Do I need offshore experience to apply?
No. We recruit for onshore, offshore, geothermal, and HDD operations. Many of our positions are land-based, in Romania and across Europe.
How long until I get a response?
We review every application and typically respond within 10 business days. If there's no immediate match, we tell you clearly, we don't leave you without an answer.
What happens to my data?
It's used exclusively for recruitment purposes, stored securely, and shared with a client only with your explicit consent, for a specific position. You can request its deletion at any time.
I'm early in my career. Is it worth applying?
Yes, for entry-level positions (roustabout, floorman, HDD technician) and junior engineering roles. For supervisory positions, operational experience is required.
What type of contract do you offer?
It depends on the project and local legislation: service agreement, fixed-term contract, or posting. The exact terms are discussed before you accept the assignment.
Do you provide transport and accommodation?
For most assignments, yes. The details are explicitly stated in the project offer.
Can I apply if I'm already working and not immediately available?
Yes, and we encourage you to. Many projects are planned months in advance, and your future availability may be exactly what we're looking for.
